Managing Partner & CEO In Residence

I was born and raised in Toronto and have over two decades of strategic and operational leadership experience. After studying engineering, my career has spanned strategic consulting, product marketing, and professional services. I bring a proven track record in both small businesses and large enterprises as well as non-profit, including IBM, MaRS, Opus One and General Electric. I’ve been engaged in various community initiatives, including board president for a non-profit child care organization, executive board member of Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square and B2B council chair of the Canadian Marketing Association. I am the mother of two amazing children who inspire me every day. I’m passionate about scaling great businesses and developing human potential.

My Search

I am fully funded by Regenerative Capital Group and am ready to move quickly. My target companies are based in the Greater Toronto Area, including City of Toronto, Halton, Peel, York, and Durham regions. Ideal businesses have the following financial criteria:

● $2M to $5M of EBITDA;

● Minimum 10% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over 5 years;

● Minimum 30% gross margin;

I am currently focused on logistics and distribution, facility management, or professional services, although I am also open to other industries.
